Removal of Zibi London branded neck, back, care or swing ticket labels is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
When advertising or promoting any Zibi London branded goods, the stockist or any other third party agrees to clearly state on any online, in store or web based platform including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest. The stockists/third parties website must state that products purchased via this website, are of the Zibi London brand. The use of images from www.zibilondon.com is strictly prohibited without permission.
Any attempts by a stockist or third party to pass off, copy or replicate Zibi London branded goods as their own or another's will be deemed to be in breach of copyright, trademarks and intellectual property rights which may then result in legal action.
We reserve the right to choose to supply Zibi London branded goods only to stockists that we deem suitable.
Some of our products are not listed in our wholesale catalogue as we do not wish to wholesale them

*1 How to place a wholesale order
You must be a registered user to visualize our wholesale catalogue.
If you have not registered yet, go to the top bar menu of our website and click wholesale, follow the prompts and submit your information.
We will verify your account within 7 working days and send you an invitation to activate your account. After you have set up your password you can start shopping Zibi wholesale catalogue!
Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation on your email and then a further email when your order is ready to ship along with full tracking details.
The minimum order value is £150 POUND + VAT and the minimum order quantity is 5 PCS per styles
Zibi London maintains the right to amend or cancel* a customer order up until the item(s) dispatch, so long as the customer has been aware of any changes. An automatic refund as well as a notification will be promptly sent to the customer.
*chosen product not in stock for instance
An order is confirmed once the payment has come through.
*3 Shipping & delivery
We aim to ship within 7 working days of receiving the order.
Please note we cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once the order has been placed. The exact cost of shipping is based on order quantity and on the destination of the consignment. You will be provided the exact figure before the payment.
• For UK orders:
The exact cost of shipping will be automatically calculated during checkout procedure.
• For international orders:
In order to provide the best service, we calculate manually the shipping fees of all the non UK destinations. When going to the checkout, we will let you know, that due to your location, our team needs to calculate the shipment fee. Once the price has been confirmed, a link to the checkout with the shipping cost will be sent to you.
As this process is manual it can take up 1 hour to 5 working days.
We only use tracked services for the wholesale orders.
The tracking number update will be proof that you, or the person to whom the order is addressed, has received the delivery.
We will not be responsible where the person receiving the goods is not the person who has placed the order or paid for the goods. You are responsible for checking the condition of the items delivered (wrong item or damaged) and must highlight any issue within 7 days upon receipt of delivery by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Please Note: If the post-code or any part of the address is entered incorrectly, delays or delivery failures may occur.
*4 Taxes and customs
International shipments are subject to import duties, customs taxes and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due when the shipment reaches the destination country. Please note that Zibi London has no control over import charge.
Contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
All such custom duties, taxes or fees are the responsibility of the buyer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). International shipments may be inspected by customs authorities and it is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
• VAT UK
VAT is not included for UK orders – an additional charge of 20% will be automatically added at check-out.
• VAT International
NO VAT for international orders.
We will not accept any return or exchange. If anything is wrong with your order, please notify us within 7 working days of reception of the goods. Outside of this time frame we can't guarantee you a refund or an exchange.
